LightWater skin nutrition is to be applied topically to clean skin, never ingested. External use only.

Yes, you can! Our products are compatible with other skin care and makeup products. AM Multivitamin Moisturizer works very well under sunscreen or foundation. PM Replenishing Cream boosts the performance of other skin care products by locking in moisturizing and active ingredients.

We thoughtfully designed the AM and PM products to support different functions and metabolism of the skin throughout the day and night. The AM Multivitamin Moisturizer supports skin's daytime needs - moisturization and protection against daily activities, stress, and environmental aggressors. The PM Replenishing Cream supports skin's rest, renewal, and rejuvenation during the night and sleep.

Our products have zero fragrances, but some of our ingredients have a natural scent to them, just like food does. You may notice a mild, earthy scent.

Yes, our products are safe to use around the eyes, but please avoid direct contact with eyes.

Absolutely. Our products were designed to be as gentle and efficacious as possible, and are safe for use. So go ahead, mama, feed your face fresh.

In a cool dry place, but some customers love to enjoy them out of the refrigerator!

No, we do not test our ingredients or products on animals.

Orders

Click here to log in to your account and track your order. Alternatively, you can follow the View Your Order link on your email confirmation. You will also receive an email once your order has shipped with the tracking number.

Orders are typically processed Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping in the US should arrive within 5–7 days of ordering. Orders with priority shipping should arrive within 3-5 days of ordering. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

You may be able to cancel or change your order for a brief period after you’ve completed your purchase. Simply email us at care@lightwaterbio.com during our normal business hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm EST (with the exception of holidays). Otherwise, we can always help you return any item.

Currently we ship anywhere in the U.S. (including District of Columbia, Hawaii, and Alaska). You're welcome to contact us at care@lightwaterbio.com and let us know if you'd like us to add your country to our list.

Subscriptions

Subscribing is easy. Simply choose Auto-Refresh and Save on a product page. Then check out as normal.

Besides the convenience of getting automatic deliveries right to your door so you always have the freshest LightWater Skin Nutrition, auto-refresh subscriptions also offer savings of up to 15% and come with a free storage jar gift.

Simply log into your account and select Manage Subscriptions to make any changes you'd like. You can edit the delivery schedule, address, and payment method via the menu options across the top, or by selecting Manage Subscription next to each item. There, you can also change your next delivery date, add a one-time or subscription product to your shipment, skip a shipment, or order now.

Yes, you can. Log into your account, select Manage Subscriptions, and click the Manage Subscripton button under Active Subscriptions. Suggested items you may add to your next shipment are shown to the right. You have the option to add the items as one-time only or as a subscription.

Log into your account and select Manage Subscriptions across the top menu, then select Delivery Schedule across the top menu to see your next two delivery dates.

LightWater provides a subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you have confirmed that you accept our Terms of Service. LightWater Subscription items will ship automatically until you cancel. By placing this order, you are authorizing us to charge your card for future orders, and applicable shipping and handling fees, at the frequency and quantity you selected. The actual cost of each shipment may vary depending on the quantity and frequency chosen. You may cancel or change your subscription at any time by logging in to your account and selecting Manage Subscriptions, then clicking cancel under the item.

Account

Enter your information in the account registration page. You will receive an activation email to confirm your account.

Log in to your account and select addresses from the menu across the top. For subscription shipping addresses, please edit your shipping address from the Manage Subscriptions menu, by selecting Manage Subscriptions in your account page and then selecting Shipping Addresses across the top menu bar.

You may unsubscribe from our newsletters and non-transactional related emails and disclosures by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email from us or by sending an email to care@lightwaterbio.com.

Rewards

You earn points through qualified purchases or actions, and can redeem those points for rewards.

You need a loyalty account in order to earn points, so to join create an account here and you will receive your first 50 points. Once logged in, you will earn one point for every dollar spent, including subscription purchases. You can also earn points by writing a product review (100 points), following us on Instagram (10 points), and liking us on Facebook (10 points), and on your birthday (100 points). Navigate to the Rewards widget and click on Ways to Earn Points to view all options.

Scroll to the Redeeming Rewards section on the rewards page, or click on the Rewards widget and select Ways to Redeem. Once logged in, you will be able to slide over however many points you'd like to redeem in the widget. This will generate a coupon code you can apply at checkout. Every 100 points equals $5 off!

No, our points do not expire so you are free to use them at your convenience!

Points from the return will be deducted from the account.

Rewards are a one-time use so the code will no longer be valid, even if the items are returned.

No, points may not be redeemed with another discount or offer code in the same order. They can be used together with a gift card, however.
