We know. It sounds obvious. But it’s the single most important thing you can do to keep the sun from damaging your skin. It can be easy to forget to apply it so…don’t forget! And be sure to apply liberally (a half-teaspoon’s worth for your face), even if you won’t be in direct sunlight since some sun rays penetrate windows.
